MAP POLICY

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY


JPC Equestrian has determined that the violation of advertising practices undermines the trade reputation, brand, and image within the target consumer population. This discourages JPC Equestrian resellers from investing in the JPC Equestrian product line and providing the best possible service and support to consumers.

Accordingly, JPC Equestrian has adopted this unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy, which applies to all advertisements of all JPC Equestrian products, including, without limitation by the JPC Equestrian resellers.

ESTABLISHMENT OF MAP

JPC Equestrian is solely responsible for establishing the minimum advertised price (“MAP”). While resellers remain free to advertise and sell Products at any price, they deem appropriate, it is a violation of this Policy for a reseller to advertise any JPC product at a price lower than MAP.

 

VIOLATIONS

  1. For a reseller’s first violation of the Policy, it will be viewed as a violation and reseller will have 48 hours to restore MAP pricing before JPC Equestrian will place the account on shipping hold for THIRTY (30) days.
  2. For a reseller’s second violation (including failure to remedy a first violation within 48 hours) of the Policy, JPC Equestrian will place the account on shipping hold for SIXTY (60) days.
  3. For a reseller’s third violation of the Policy, JPC Equestrian will place the account on shipping hold for NINETY (90) days.
  4. For a reseller’s fourth violation of the Policy during a 12-month period, JPC Equestrian will TERMINATE the account.

 

 

 

MAP HOLIDAYS 2025

The following dates will be designated as Special Discount Holidays and authorized dealers may run a sale on all JPC Products.   Emails will be sent prior to the holiday regarding specified products, dates and discounts. 

  1. Valentine’s Day
  2. Mother's Day - May 11th | MAP Holiday-->May 3rd-11th
  3. Memorial Day - May 26th | MAP Holiday--> May 20th-27th
  4. Father's Day - June 15th | MAP Holiday --> June 7th-15th
  5. Independence Day - July 4th | MAP Holiday--> June 29th-July 6th
  6. Labor Day - September 1st | MAP Holiday --> August 26th-September 2nd
  7. Black Friday - MAP Holiday --> November 26th - December 2nd
  8. Cyber Monday - MAP Holiday --> November 26th - December 2nd
Special dates will be announced for MAP holiday from time to time.
JPC MAP holidays are 20% off ALL JPC products, unless otherwise specified.


PLEASE NOTE:

Beginning February 1st, 2024, only retailers who meet our criteria and are authorized by JPC Equestrian will be able to sell JPC Equestrian branded products on Amazon.com.

If you are a retailer and wish to sell JPC Equestrian products on Amazon.com, you can apply for authorization by sending an email to b2bservice@jpcequestrian.com.  However, please note that only a limited number of retailers will be authorized.
