BLANKET POLICY 

TuffRider Blanket and Sheets Warranty:

If a TuffRider blanket is found to have a manufacturing defect within one year of date of purchase, JPC will determine a solution on a case-by-case basis. Replacement pieces or full blanket replacements will be made at the discretion of JPC.

Normal wear and tear, damage from incorrect usage, fit issues, damage from alterations or cleaning, as well as other potential issues are not covered under the TuffRider blanket warranty. 

If you are experiencing issues with your blanket that you believe may be covered under this warranty, please contact customer service (B2BService@jpcequestrian.com) with your five digit online order number, date of purchase, photographs, and a detailed description of the issue. 

TuffRider Blanket Limited Warranty

Tuffrider provides owners of the TuffRider Turnout and Stable Blankets with the following warranty. The TuffRider Warranty is effective from the date of purchase for one year and may be used by any person who acquires the TuffRider Turnout blanket, Sheet or Stable blanket during the Warranty Period, as long as such person can provide proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt.

What is covered under the TuffRider Warranty?

If TuffRider Turnout Blankets, sheets or stable blankets are found to have a fault in the outer shell fabric, the waterproofness, the breathability of the outer fabric, or other faulty materials or workmanship, within 1 year after the date of purchase from TuffRider or an authorized TuffRider retailer, TuffRider will replace the Turnout Blanket at no cost.

What is not covered under the TuffRider Warranty?

The TuffRider Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, and/or faults caused by negligent use or lack of care.
• Damage caused by use of anything other than equestrian protective use outdoors.
• The fit of the Turnout Blanket on any particular horse
• Damage caused by improperly laundering of your Tuffrider Blanket
