Shipping Policy

JPC Equestrian strives to process shipments as quickly as possible to ensure the timely delivery of your items. On average, your order will be sent from our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. However, please note that during busy times it may take up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. If your order is time sensitive, please ask a customer service representative about expedited shipping options.

Please note that we are unable to provide price quotes for shipping. Shipping prices are determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to weight, size of cartons, number of cartons, and the delivery location. Due to these varying factors, we are unable to provide accurate shipping estimates prior to packaging and processing your order. Please be assured that we take all steps necessary to provide you with the most fair and competitive shipping prices available.

While most retailers will opt to have their orders shipped directly to their store or warehouse, JPC Equestrian does offer a drop ship option for retailers who would like to have an order shipped directly to their consumer at a domestic mailing address. In addition to the standard shipping charges, there is a $6.50 fee for this service ( In effect as of September 1st 2021.) Please note that shipments are sent via Fed Ex and UPS; therefore, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Be sure to include a physical address for both store and drop ship orders. JPC Equestrian does not currently ship to Pakistan or Egypt and reserves the right to place additional limitations as the need arises.
